It's been awhile since I tried one of Kristina Werner's colour challenges; well actually, it's been a very long time since I created a card, scrapbook page or anything in my craft zone, but I finally found a few moments to stamp today. Technically I didn't use a single stamp but I did get to create and play with paper and ink for Color Inspiration #50! I created the image and sentiments I wanted in Adobe Illustrator and printed them on Gina K 120lb Pure Luxury cardstock--it works beautifully in my printer. Sticking to the restrictions, I used each of the required colours--White, Red, Yellow, Turquoise and Brown--on my honey's little sprinkle doughnut.
So why the doughnut? Making a long story short, the pink and blue sprinkle doughnut at the end of a major Henri-meltdown and failed shopping trip to the mall with three kids while Hubbie golfed made everything right again today. I have a feeling a 'little love and sprinkles' could help make anything brighter...
Thanks for looking!
~Nancy
